With a degree in Psychology and Biblical Studies from Liberty University, I have dedicated my career to helping others. I began my professional journey in healthcare administration and later transitioned to human resources, continually driven by my passion for aiding people in their personal and professional lives.
My personal wellness journey with IASIS began with a simple yet profound goal: to finally get restful sleep. Since the age of twelve, I had struggled with chronic insomnia—averaging just four hours of sleep per night, taking over an hour to fall asleep, and waking frequently. For more than two decades, I accepted this as my “normal,” unaware of the toll it was taking on my body, mind, and nervous system.
As I continued with IASIS sessions, I began falling asleep within minutes and consistently sleeping eight uninterrupted hours.
Beyond improved rest, I noticed a deepened sense of self-awareness and a newfound ability to navigate stress and anxiety with greater ease and patience. What started as a quest for better sleep evolved into a transformative experience that reshaped my overall well-being.
