CereShift Individual Iasis Therapy Session

Terms and Conditions

The purchase of one of CereShift’s Individual Iasis Therapy Sessions or Iasis Therapy Makeup Sessions (hereinafter referred to as “Session”) signifies your agreement to our terms and conditions, as follows:

Iasis Therapy Session Description

This purchase entitles the bearer to one (1) Session. Sessions must be used within thirty (30) days, or they will be forfeited. Sessions are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Eligibility

Individuals who have been accepted as CereShift clients are eligible to purchase Sessions.

 Investment and Refund Policy

Investment:  You agree that you are financially willing and able to make this purchase by choice, and that by so doing, you are not incurring any economic hardship in any way.

Refund Policy:  No refunds will be provided. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any Session at any time. By purchasing a Session, you agree that you will not issue a chargeback for any payment made as you are fully aware of this Refund Policy and voluntarily consenting to it.

Scheduling

Scheduling: Clients assume responsibility for scheduling their Sessions through their lead therapist, subject to CereShift’s scheduling availability. Please come prepared to start your Sessions on time.

Rescheduling & Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel a Session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time by sending a text message to your lead therapist; otherwise, this will be considered a missed Session. Arriving for a Session more than 15 minutes late may also be considered a missed Session.

Forfeiture of Sessions:  Missed Sessions, as described above, will be considered used Sessions.

Non-Transfer of Sessions

Individual Iasis Therapy Sessions and Iasis Therapy Makeup Sessions can only be used by one person; they are non-transferrable.
