IASIS MCN Therapist Job Description

The purpose of the IASIS MCN Therapist role is to provide heartfelt hospitality to our clients, delivering excellent service in a warm, safe and welcoming environment.  The goal of this role is to foster happiness with our offering.

Being an IASIS MCN Therapist is an incredibly rewarding opportunity!  Our clients typically come to us after trying many other options to resolve their issues, and many are skeptical that IASIS will be effective.  They often make their way to us after being told–and mostly believing–that there’s nothing else that modern medicine can do for them. Using our simple and powerful technology, our caring Iasis therapists change their minds and their lives.

We are a young, flexible, growing company.  We don’t currently offer traditional benefits. We do offer cost-free IASIS sessions, and a 50% discount for CereStrong functional medicine services, to our therapists and their immediate family members.

We offer part time employment based on the client load.  Said differently, we cannot guarantee your preferred number of weekly hours if we don’t have enough clients to fill your schedule.

An Iasis MCN Therapist’s duties are as follows:

• • • • Set up the therapy office(s) for the day’s sessions
      • Conduct Iasis MCN sessions for each scheduled client
      • Break down the therapy office, securing technology in locked cabinets
      • Discuss client issues with more experienced therapist(s) and follow their guidance, as needed. This may need to occur outside of your therapy office hours.
      • Follow up with clients, as needed.  This may need to occur outside of your therapy office hours.
      • Create, reschedule, and cancel client appointments. This may need to occur outside of your therapy office hours.
      • Solicit Google reviews from our happy clients
      • Configure electrodes into designated lead schemes, and prepare for use as needed
      • Pack IASIS technology and supplies in travel bag, as needed
      • Attend periodic staff meetings (via Zoom if necessary)
      • Fill in at monthly marketing events, as needed
      • Communicate opportunities for process improvements to management; help us grow!
      • Other duties relevant to the therapy process, as needed
